I’m slowly trying to get back into reading again. To help facilitate that change, I’ve started reading the book Atomic Habits, and it’s proving to be very insightful so far. I’m learning a lot about the science behind how habits work.
Here’s to hoping I eventually apply the things being taught in the book into my own life. Might help in making things run more smoothly in this hamster wheel I call a life.
